2. Proficient in using spectrometers, vector network analyzers and oscilloscopes
3. Understanding of DFB/VCSEL and semiconductor lasers preferred
4. Proficient in matlab, Labview, C++ and other programming tools preferred

2. Design and simulate the VCSEL structure and characteristics
3. Work closely with processing and product engineers for product improvement

1. PhD preferred, Major in Physics, Optoelectronics, optoelectronics or related fields
2. Understand basic principle of semiconductor laser, waveguide, etc.
3. Experienced in Lumerical, comsol, Rsoft or crosslight software

 

 

Job Responsibilities:

 

1. Responsible for the process optimization and development of the front/back end of semiconductor lasers, process capability improvement and material evaluation
2. Responsible for handling the process quality issues
3. Responsible for the technical analysis of the products, improving the manufacturing process and improving the quality and yield
4. Assist the NPI tasks and write up SOP
5. Proficient in laser fabrication of the front/back end, familiar with the production line process

 

Job Requirements:

 

1. Bachelor degree or above, 2+ years experience in semiconductor laser process is preferred
2.Experience in laser lithography/ etching/ evaporation/ cleaning /oxidation / grinding & cutting/visual inspection &sorting/testing is preferred
3. Proactive, strong communication skills, ability to work well under pressure

1. Responsible for the verification of new materials, development, adjustment, improvement and optimization of epitaxial process
2. Responsible for drafting, modifying and improving process documents, daily epitaxial process SOP control and process maintenance
3. Responsible for improving product quality, yield and reliability, correcting, preventing and improving product issues

 

Job Requirements:

 

1. PhD preferred, major in Electronic and Computer Engineering, Electronic and Electrical Engineering, semiconductor material/physics or related field
2. 3+ years experience in epitaxy growth of III-V compounds
3. Familiar with MOCVD, MBE, LPE and other equipment and related operations
4. Proactive, excellent verbal and written communication, strong coordination skills, ability to work well under pressure

 

 

Job Responsibilities:

 

1. Responsible for depth pictures/images optimization of 3D camera
2. Responsible for back-end image processing of 3D camera
3. Responsible for Image processing algorithm deployment and the performance optimization of existing algorithms on various platforms
4. Experienced in one or more application algorithms in 3D field is preferred (3D skeleton /vslam/3D modeling /3D gesture recognition)

1. Responsible for optical scheme review, design and evaluation of modules and optical component selection (sensor/Lens/filter)
2. Can carry out preliminary technical research, experimental analysis and verification, optical simulation, etc. in advance according to the project schedule, and at the same time verify and propose improvements to existing products
3. Responsible for building the optical system, testing and verifying the performance of optical components and imaging
4. Develop standard documents related to optical products and output documents at each stage of the project, and cooperated with the structure, hardware and software departments to carry out product research and development
5. Responsible for technical support at the product introduction stage, solving technical problems related to research and development in the production process, as well as mass production and after-sales analysis
6. Assist optical procurement to select quality suppliers, and communicate with suppliers to deal with technical problems
7. Good understanding of module production and test equipment, Experienced in production and test process

 

Job Requirements:

 

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in optics, photoelectric or other related optics
2. 3+ years working experience in photoelectric sensor industry, Camera industry experience is preferred
3. Familiar with the working principle, design and processing methods of aspheric lenses, the performance of various photoelectric devices, mainstream sensors, lenses, industrial cameras, optical measuring instruments, etc.
4. Have a solid optical foundation and the strong ability to learning new things, proficient in Zemax, Code V, Pro/E, Matlab, CAD and relevant software
5. 3D structured light, TOF, Stereo Vision experience is preferred
6. Strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills, team player with perseverance
